Personal Training (one-on-on)

60 minutes: $85 + location rental fee

45 minutes: $65 + location rental fee

30 minutes: $45 + location rental fee

Personal Training (partner and small groups)

2 People (60 minutes): $105 + location rental fee

2 People (45 minutes): $85 + location rental fee

2 People (30 minutes): $65 + location rental fee

4 or More People (60 minutes): $25/person + location rental fee

Personal Training (home session)

60 minutes: $115

Personal Training (virtual)

One-on-one (60 minutes): $85

2 People (60 minutes): $105

4 or More People (60 minutes): $25/person

Nutrition Planning

15-minute virtual nutrition consultation: $25 – Includes: analysis of weekly food logs and current exercise regiments as well as professional advice to help steer you in the right direction towards achieving your goals.

1-month nutrition plan (virtual): $200/month – Includes: 4- 15 minute weekly virtual consultations, health and fitness tips, weekly recipes and food plans designed specifically for you and your fitness needs.
