Brian Castellucci, BCFitness Founder

With 14+ years of experience training in and around the Boston area, Brian brings knowledge and enthusiasm to each session and is easily accessible to clients. When Brian isn’t training clients, he is spending time with his wife, son and daughter. They enjoy gardening, hiking and exploring new areas with their dogs, Booker and Gabby.

-Past Competitive Power Lifter

-College Athlete (Football)

-BS in Exercise Science (Applied Health Fitness)

-NASM and CSCS and CPR/AED Certified

-Completed 3 Half Marathons (under 1 hour 30 minutes)

Kelly Ernst, Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor

Inspired by her teachers, peers, environment, and travels, Kelly brings a unique sense of empowerment to each of her classes and training sessions. Kelly’s 13 years of experience in the fitness industry and well-rounded understanding of health & wellness enables her to offer her clients a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle, no matter what stage of life they are in.

Kelly currently teaches both private one-on-one sessions and virtual yoga classes on www.balanced-yoga-wellness.com.  Kelly’s balanced approach to wellness includes a combination of strength training, yoga, nutrition coaching, and mindfulness.  It’s important to Kelly that her training sessions and classes are totally inclusive and that all clients and potential clients feel welcome and comfortable when working with her. 

Kelly aims to live a balanced, yogic lifestyle and leads her clients in a way that reflects that choice.  When she isn’t busy training clients or teaching classes, she is spending time with her husband, Adam, and their Boston Terrier, Ollie, and Frenchie, Luna.  They love to spend time training for half marathons together and hitting up the Southie beaches.  Kelly also works in Apparel Creation for the Reebok Corporate Headquarters in Boston’s Seaport.
